Works sometimes. Will keep trying.
He seems to sleep great as he continues to snore at times. It's better but has not stopped. Will continue to try using it so maybe I can sleep a few hours before I move to another room.

A useful part of my regiment to get a good night's sleep.
I have issues with snoring and sleep apnea. I was told by a doctor that I have a very narrow airway, likely due to many years of irritated swelling of my esophagus due to acid reflux, so that when I lie on my back at night, my airway closes even more than it does for most people. I do use a CPAP every night, but I find that this spray still helps to keep my airway a little more open than it would have been without it. It feels like the soft tissue of my throat tightens up where I spray (I spray it to the back of my throat and the very back of the roof of my mouth, one full spray to each spot). The product's directions recommend to spray once under the tongue and once to the back of the throat, but it was so effective at temporarily tightening up the tissue under my tongue that it actually hurt to spray it there, and it hurt for awhile under my tongue (because it was so effective), so now I only spray two full sprays at the back of my throat. One other important thing, in my opinion: I don't drink any water or other liquids after I spray my throat, because I think it washes away some of the spray, so I make sure to drink any liquids before I use the spray. I find that using this in combination with sinus irrigation every morning (I use Snoot spray, and then a saline rinse that has a little Alkalol sinus solvent in it), a MyPurMist personal steamer in the evening, and the CPAP machine to get good airflow every night.
