It’s for my show dog. Sometimes show will be all day long he looks exhausted end of day. Just need some booster he can perform better. My all dogs love the taste, even my old dog wanna eat this so bad. Only problem is feed this, next day all dogs have loose poop. Not diarrhea but loose. I think so much fat in there. It make sense. Expect that, it works good.

I show my dogs, we compete in various activities. I give this in the morning of shows because I dont feed my dogs in the morning but want them to have something in their belly. My dogs all love it. I then use tiny pieces as treats throughout our day at a show. I can get a package to last about 4 weeks showing 4 large dogs. Does it truly give my dogs an energy boost? I'm not sure but I do notice my dogs recover quicker from exerting energy with this.

So I’m writing this review souly on how item was receivedThe bars were broken which doesn’t mess with its functionality but not gonna lie I was bummed. I like the idea of being able to break it into squares which makes it convenient to carry on hikes. Now it’s gonna be a bit messier. Would still order again thougn

Took this on a multi day hike for mid-day snackies. Perfect for hiking: High calorie, but compact and requires no bowl or prep. She loved it. It smells horrible - like rotten fish - but I’m not eating it so that’s fine. If you’re looking for something for long trips or extended time away from home, this is a great travel option.

First time ordering and was sent a product that expires in two months. Not a fresh product, extremely disappointed and won’t be ordering again—do not appreciate getting ripped off and being sent warehouse clean out merchandise.

My GSP usually gets diarrhea pretty bad after running hard for a couple days on an extended trip. Used this stuff throughout the day and then fed him at night. His energy never dropped over 5 days running hard all day in Kansas and he never had any digestive issues and didn’t lose much weight. I will definitely continue using this on long trips and all day hunts.

Very disappointed that the bar was broken upon arriving. A lot of it was crumbs and I wasn't able to give a properly proportioned piece to my dog after his workout. He is a dog that will eat anything, well I found something that he's not terribly crazy about. He did eventually eat it but it took him longer to 'warm up' to it than I would have liked for the amount of energy he needed to replace.
