These work great for our monkey bars on our diy climbing area for kids. My hubby hung on them as well to test strength and they held! A little smooth but my son got the hang of them pretty quick! We had to order the two packs which was annoying, but they were the only ones that had good shipping dates, and they came three days early!

Used as monkey bars on our ceiling, very strong but paint is a little slippery. We ended up adding some texture spray and it worked great!

I've ordered these in the shorter version, and these are made the same, just longer. I will probably order the longer version in the future. There's not much of a cost difference and I find they are more versatile. They mount easily with screws. Depending on the mounting surface, predrilling might be required. I had some hardwood that I was mounting these to, and the screws wanted to strip and break. After predrilling this was not a problem. The finish is smooth with no blemishes or burrs that will catch the skin on little hands. The pulls work great on kid stuff, as well as anywhere an adult might need a hand.

Appear to be scratched as they come together in a box. And one had what appears to be rust.

These bars are not only sturdy but also come in a great color variety, making them an ideal fit for our treehouse.

These handles are perfect for any playground structure. The metal is heavy duty, excellent quality, and the hardware is excellent, too!

This pair of grab bars are very heavy duty tubing and mounting bracket. The included lag bolts are adequate as well. The diameter of the bars is great for smaller hands and works well for adults too. I really like the black finish though it's not perfectly smooth in some areas as it appears some debris was painted over such as pebbles of sand left over from sandblasting or other prep prior to painting. For the most part, the finish is excellent. Both bars came wrapped in a thin piece of plastic and both had very small wear spots through the paint in the same location on the bar bend. Very minor scrape that will be easy to touch up but they should be better packaged. Lastly, the black finish may not be great for using outside where they get a lot of sun. Expect them to absorb the sun and get quite hot. I plan to wrap mine with sports handle wrap or something similar to help keep them cooler to the touch. Great bars overall!

These bars are very sturdy, not bendable by a person unless you use mechanical tools to do so. Made well, with no sharp edges or welds. nicely and evenly painted. Could use some not slip grip or texture on the bars to improve safety for hand grip if hands are sweaty or damp, but this has not been a problem for us.
