Raclette Suisse Classique Cheese - Whole Wheel (14 pound)

I would give this 4.5 stars for flavor. This is my second purchase of a whole Raclette round. While I took a chance, since I did not know the company or brand, I was pleasantly surprised. How do you give such a nasty smelling cheese 5 stars. LOL I have purchased one directly from iGourmet, it was just a little better tasting, but it is now almost $300 a year later. They have one on Amazon that is a small 7 pounder, that I just purchased, for $150, but it was dried out and had mold on the rind. It is the same brand as the large round I purchase last year, but was not even close to the same. This one is a deal. I cut it in half and then into slices, not wedges, vacuum seal it and it will last at least 6 months in the refrigerator. It will easily last longer, but I generally finish a 12lb. round in 6 to 7 months. Hope this helps.
