I received and used this product with exterior latex paint. It mixed well, low odor and painted with no problems. I ordered more than I actually needed, but the price was very reasonable compared to smaller bottles that treat only 1 gallon. It did take a long time to receive this product (months), so be sure to order well in advance and be prepared to be very patient.

I'm a building contractor and I have used this extensively special with products that do not have a mildewscde. We live in a rain forest and it is the only thing that will stop the mildew and black mold growing on the side of buildings.I get 10 stars if there were enough stars...... it's also half the price that is in the paint stores
