No more cables!!!
I was fed up that I had to keep connecting my phone with a wire every time I wanted to use Android Auto. And often the connection would drop.I thought I would give this a go and I'm really glad I did! I simply put it into my usb socket connect it to my phone via Bluetooth and now whenever I get in my car Android Auto comes up on my infotainment system right away.....even with my phone in my pocket. This has made driving a lot easier and the connection hasn't dropped once. You can also connect multiple phones so my wife uses it as well.Great value for money and definitely worth getting yourself if you want wireless android auto or Apple Carplay!

Worked then failed
Fitted to my car, got it set up (a bit of a faff) thought it looked good turned off the ignition, got in the car next morning had to install it again, did this a couple of time then stopped working within 24 hours so sent back for a refund - at least I know my cable works!

Inconsistent performance
Used the Android part of this. Sometimes it would connect and worked well, more often it would try to connect and fail. Tried almost everything before returning for refund

4.5* quick and easy set up
2in1 Wireless carplay and android auto adapter. This wireless adapter will convert wired Carplay/Android Auto to wireless, allowing you to quickly and easily connect wirelessly to your vehicle's CarPlay system. You get a USB-C adapter that goes into your phone and the functional usb adapter for the car.Set up is fairly easy, after you've done it the first time, it's quicker thereafter. Adjust the adapter to either carplay, or android auto, which is the one I used. You need your Bluetooth and WiFi on. Once you've connected and authorised, your screen will show the android auto page (or carplay). Then it's ready to use. You can still use all of the same functions as you usually do.I like how easy the set up was with this. The adapter is nice and small, taking up no space at all. The updates are automatically done and you have tech support if needed. The aesthetic of having no wires is so much better too. I would recommend it. Slightly more than I thought it would be.

Works great
Bought this for our Ford Kuga, just plugged it in the same usb port that the cable used followed the instructions and worked first time. No needed to worry about plugging in any more just connects as soon as you turn your car on. Can set up your navigation prior to getting in the car and it pick it up when your car.

Works more reliably than one I had
This is replacing another wireless Android Auto dongle I had (a different model from a different manufacturer). It was a little finicky and had connection issues. This has none of that. Paired right away, connects every time reliably and I see no intermittent hangs or freezes that I saw with the other one. I'm using this with a Chevy Bolt, and all the features work seamlessly. I would definitely recommend this for making Android Auto user experience more effective.

works great
after initial setup and a few times connecting and disconnecting i think it either updated itself or soemthing cause its been pretty stellar and connects fast and stays connected.
