Great service
We have this product in an apartment complex for when tenants lock themselves out. Not only does it work great but the other day I had a phone problem and had to email support . They had me back up in less than an hour all by email. I would definitely recommend! Great product great support.

Lockbox worked well
Overall this lockbox is pretty good, I think it would work for most applications. Let me add some details about how it works to help clear up some confusion. Prior to buying it, I had a hard time getting good feedback from the other reviews I read so I hope this helps…First off, the manual is not great. Clearly it was translated into English but you’ll understand the main ideas of what it’s trying to relay. The lock works in two ways (three if you buy the WiFi bridge). One is through time-synced, one time passwords (OTP), and the other is through Bluetooth. The account owner needs to download the WeHere app and set it up (I was only able to set it up via cellphone enrollment). Once the account is setup, you need to add the lockbox to your account. It’s very easy to do. There are three ways to unlock the lock box at this point without adding additional users or buying anything else. 1) hold your phone within 2 meters of the lockbox and press the unlock button. It will unlock via a Bluetooth signal to the lockbox . 2) Create a static password via the app and code it to the box. You must send the code to the lockbox via Bluetooth meaning you must be within 2 meters of the lockbox. Once the lockbox has leaned the static password, the password will work indefinitely even when the smart phone is out of range. 20 separate static passcodes can be leaned simultaneously by the lockbox. Alternatively, you can assign time ranges to the static passwords so they only work during specific times. 3) You can unlock the lockbox via an OTP generated within the app. The code must be sent to the user and used within 60 seconds as the password is a rolling code that expires every minute.A fourth way to unlock the lockbox would be to add an additional user who would also need to download the app. The account owner can send an html code from their smart phone app to the added users app to perform a direct unlock of the lockbox via Bluetooth.A final option would be to purchase the WiFi bridge which allows the account owner to unlock the lockbox with their smart phone (via the app) from anywhere. I didn’t purchase the bridge so I don’t know all of the features or pitfalls of that device. The owner (or account admin) can pull a basic audit log from the lockbox via Bluetooth (meaning you have to be within two meters of the lockbox) unless you have the WiFi bridge. The bridge may allow you to pull it remotely, I’m not sure. However, the audit log only provides details on which mechanism was used to unlock the box on X day and Y time (OTP, static password, or direct unlock). It does not provide detail on which password was used. ( I’m not sure why it allows you to issue 20 separate passwords it it doesn’t record which one was used at a specific time). Also, there is no export function to upload the audit logs.Overall, the lockbox works very well, I never had any issues with it not working or doing what it was designed to do.

A little pricey but great for remote STR managers

Junk - Instructions terrible, doesn't work.
The instructions are broken english, a tiny font that is almost impossible to read and are generally useless.Have synced time between the app and box. Bluetooth unlock works, but one time codes fail. The W100 bridge setup requires scanning a QR code on the back - mine has no code on the back making it impossible to set up

Didn’t need the WiFi Bridge
We bought this for our company passes at work. Employees check out passes that company has purchased to various places around our area (like ski resorts, etc.). This allows them to check passes in and out on the weekend. The app was super easy to figure out…but I thought there was only one user that has all the permissions. The other users we have added have been able to have all the same permissions. That appears to be customizable though (?).We sprung for the more expensive lock that includes a WiFi bridge. I was under the impression that if I was at home and wanted to give a password to someone at work, I would have to have the WiFi bridge to do so. That is NOT the case. Maybe that is obvious to everyone else, but in case you are confused, the WiFi bridge is only useful if you want to unlock the box with a push of a button on the app, without having to put a code in. Even then, that’s really only useful if the box is on a different floor, or the other end of the building. You still have to be in range. So essentially, it’s really unnecessary. There are no installation instructions. There is a metal U shaped piece that I’m not sure what to do with. It has screws attached to the other side. It lines up perfectly with the 2 holes on the inside, I thought maybe it would be used to tuck cards behind so they don’t fall out when you open the box…however… those 2 holes have to be used to anchor the device to the wall… so I don’t know how to make use of it or what to do with it. Maybe our facilities person that is installing it will know what to do.Other than that, it is exactly what we were looking for, and works beautifully. We can give someone a temp passcode, you can choose how long the passcode is, etc. I think it’ll be really useful!

Can’t set timed passcode unless you are physically at the lockbox
Disappointed that I have to be at the lock box to set a timed code: ie for a guest stay. Also note, it’s not weather proof. And directions are poorly translated to English, making it slightly confusing. 🫤
