Great product so far except for the very fragile plastic hinges , one of which snapped before fixing . Have requested a replacement from the company which they are happy to honour but due to current global circumstances a time frame cannot be guaranteed. Seems sturdier enough to allow people to sit on .

This item delivered very quickly but as can be seen from picture there isn't a hole in lid to be able to padlock it ,would have sent back but only noticed once assembled

Looks ok as in photos but very flimsy and the hinges broke at first windy day I fixed them and I have glued some battens inside to make the box more rigid. I can say that a little more thought and plastic in the design would make it a good product.! Not up to the quality of other keter items I have!

When they say "Assembly time 15 minutes" and "No Tools Required" you think - Oh Yeah!! Well, it's true. (Once you've worked out where everything goes). I bought 2, so the second one really was 15 minutes. Looks really good. The tiny flaw? The internal dimensions don't seem to account for the ribbing inside the lid that are there for rigidity & strength. Our cushions would have fitted perfectly if it really was 57cm internal height but it's just that annoying bit less. Well worth the money though.

The storage box was exactly as described, and I'm happy with it. But I really want to say how excellent Tim's customer service was. There was a delay in delivery because the delivery service messed up. Tim volunteered to send me a replacement box through another courier, and did so. Eventually, when I ended up with two boxes, Tim arranged pick-up of the extra one. Throughout, each time I contacted him, Tim was prompt to respond and helpful. That quality of customer support is rare.

Easy to put together and sturdier than I expected. Strong enough to sit on. Ample storage capacity - I use it next to the hot tub to put hot tub accessories and chair seat pads in. Then it doubles as an occasional seat! Very happy with my purchase.

I use this box to keep my recycling bags and rubbish sacks in. It's great am planning to buy another one soon for garden cushions.Easy to put together, light but seems strong.

Already have one of these and needed another. Great price, even though I had to wait a while.Totally weatherproof and spacious :-)
