Saved me from returning my Pit Boss
I purchased a Pit Boss 456D a couple months ago. It worked fine, and then one day it just stopped working like it was supposed to. It wouldn't hold temp at all, I couldn't even get it over 120 degrees. I worked with customer service, they sent me a new control panel, but that didn't fix the problem. They wouldn't send me a auger motor, so I bought this one. My grill works like a charm now. Installation is fine, but getting everything back together the way it's supposed to be can be a challenge.

Had a hard time deciding with several comparable options and price points. This unit and vendor exceeded my expectations. Works like a champ in my Traeger. The exact replacement part I was looking for. Very easy to install in my PitBoss Rancher wood pellet grill.

Works perfectly so far.
Looks exactly like the original. Plug was an exact match and comes with a new screw and nut. Fired up the smoker after installing and works as it should. If anything happens to it I will update this review.
