I was so sick of my monthly travel card losing the magnetic sensitivity within a few days and having to search every morning for a member of London underground to let me through. This again being dependant on how helpful the member of staff was with suggestions like, "go get a new ticket", "try selotape", "its you , not the ticket", "its a well know issue that Sadiq needs to sort out". Anyway had it for a month and even next to my phone, the ticket still allows me through barrier. Would be better designed, if you could pull ticket out easier in morning rush hours madness. But it does seem to work for me!. Come on Sadiq, many commuters use paper tickets not oyster cards and need to go through barriers as easily as the oyster lot. Give us solution it will make our lives easier!!

I bought this to prevent my monthly West Midlands train ticket from being wiped by my phone each time I accidentally placed the two together each morning. This holder really works. Needing to know that it would do the job I purchased it for, I tested the wallet by first placing my ticket in the wallet and then placing my phone on top and calling the number. The ticket worked at the station. I then repeated the exercise by placing my phone on top of the ticket. The ticket failed to open the barrier and had been wiped. So, I am confident that the wallet performs as intended. Since purchasing, I have repeatedly placed the wallet next to my phone and not once has the ticket been wiped.

As a regular rail traveller in the UK who often has season tickets, I got fed up with the stupid magnetic stripe on my ticket failing within a couple of days meaning every time I wanted to go through barriers I had to show the ticket to an inspector and get let through. The problem is the tickets end up in my bag next to my phone case which has a magnetic closure and my headphones which have very strong magnets in them. This little holder (which also holds my rail ID card) stops all that which just makes the commute that little bit smoother.I cannot say if it stops RFID usage as I do not use it for that.

Bought this because my paper season ticket magnetic strip was continually being wiped. Despite using this little religiously and being careful about what I did when the ticket was out of the wallet, my ticket got wiped twice in a month. I am afraid the tube system ticket barriers just wreck these tickets. Don't bother with this for your season ticket and get an Oyster card instead.

I purchased this as my monthly train ticket kept being de-magnetised, or something, possibly due to often being in the same pocket as my mobile. This annoyingly meant every day at rush hour I could not get through the automatic ticket barriers. So far this product seems to have made a difference though I have also tried to keep my ticket in the opposite pocket to my phone, that may be helping also.It arrived quickly and was exactly as suspected. It is in a plastic wallet however which will inevitably split, so it would be good if they could make a range in a leather, or similar, bound wallet with the protective layers. However it was exactly as described when I bought it so fair enough. Recommended.

As many people reviewing this item, I purchased this product to stop my rail season ticket from becoming demagnetised. Before I was having to get a reissue of my ticket at least 3-4 times a month which was really inconvenient when on my way to work. I purchased this 5 months ago and had no issues with my tickets being coming demagnetised whatsoever. My only critique would be that the holder has now snapped in half on the bend due to usesage, but I have no issues with repurchasing as it has been such a help since first purchase. Highly recommend.

Very well made and effective holder for my train season ticket and photocard. I was fed up with my ticket getting affected by mobile phone, Oyster card etc and stopping working, despite keeping them apart, so bought this. Easy to get ticket in and out (has 2 plastic ticket holders on each side). Recommended

I use this for my monthly train season ticket. A mystery magnetic field in my handbag meant my train tickets would stop working after a day or two. A month after using this and I've yet to need to get a replacement ticket. This product is serving its purpose for me so far.
