Yes I would recommend this product
We have purchased this pillow before it is the only one that works for my hubby .He has had multiple surgery's he had trigeminal neuralgia and this pillow he gets great rest.Always wash the pillow case till your ready to loose the pillow . Once you start washing the pillow it gets big knots in it and then he can no longer use it . Time for new pillow but that is way down the road.
