Ordered this customized sipper for my sister's birthday but unfortunately we received a damaged piece with a hole in the bottom. Contacted giftana team and they immediately provided a resolution of the issue by shipping a replacement with an apology and birthday note to my sister's place, along with a free pen also customized with her name!!Excellent service.
