Quit working after an hour
Worked for about an hour. Then suddenly quit stating “wrong password”. I had not tried logging in or out. Nothing just popped up “wrong password”. I’ve reset bulb. Reset password according to Cam instructions. Very disappointed. Nothing makes it work again

Sent me a damaged product. Very disappointed was wondering why it wouldnt connect till I seen a positive wire not even connected. Could of shorted my household wiring. Would like a full redund or a working item.

It does not come with a sd card.
It really looks like a light bulb.
