Quality design, materials, and functionality
I love this coffee pot. As I stated above, it is designed perfectly, the materials are quality, and it works; it brews on hell of a cup of coffee. All of that at a fair price. Its nice to see there are still companies that care about their products and their customers. Thank you.

Percolator like a champ!
Got to use this percolator this past weekend on a 3 day overlanding trip, and it did not disappoint. Between the pot and the filters it came with, it brewed up my coffee better than expected. The quality of it was very study and well crafted. Fit perfectly on my camping stove. And the performance, it brewed faster than my friends percolator. And I also liked that it was excellent for hearing up water to wash the camp dishes. This percolator is very versatile. If you're looking for a percolating coffee pot for your next adventure, this one will not let you down.

Nice little percolator for camping
Bought this pot to take camping and it made some great coffee. I have two complaints: the handle edges are a bit rough where the wood joins the metal and the catch on the lid that you need to hold when pouring from the pot is not insulated, so need a pot holder or something to protect your hand..it would be great to have a small tab of silicone on that catch. Those small things aside, the pot held up well, the glass top makes it easy to monitor brew strength and the color and shape are nice. Not too big and made the right amount of coffee for two.

Best camp coffee we've had.
Used this coffee pot for a 10 day camping road trip in Colorado. Initially wasn't sure where to put the filter that came with it and had a couple really gritty cups of coffe and realized that the filters go on top of the coffee and from then on out the coffee was great. We use a Coleman double burner stove for most of our cooking while out and this coffee pot works perfectly on it.We've tried multiple other coffee makers previously, including a travel size Kurig, and this one is by far the best solution we've found. It's the cleanest and easiest to use and packs smaller that anything else, plus it's easy on the eyes and built to last.

Great camping percolator, but came damaged....
I received the percolator just before camping trip. It has worked working great as long as you follow instructions. Only frustrating part upon receiving percolator that I opened the box and right away the black coating was scratched.

Above Standard Coffee Pot
We did a 2-week camp/off-road trip to Utah and when initially packing & repacking, we found our old coffee pot had a broken glass top. No way we could do with just instant coffee (*gasp*)! I found this pot, made by Veterans. Our last pot was 40+ years old and I wanted something that would endure as long or longer.I loved that it had a glass top, not plastic & came with a package of about 15 perk filters. I found a box/supply of more filters on Coletti's Amazon page and got those, too.Pot is sturdy & the woodel-overlay handle is tight. Over a propane fire, this pot was a champ. We were on the BLM, and wood fires were prohibited (although we found traces of previous outlaws). It took 2+ 16oz bottles of water for each full pot.I found if I dampened the filter first, before adding the coffee grounds, this helped CONSIDERABLY with grounds escaping to the inside of the pot. It also made for an easier clean up afterwards, using a firm SHAKE of the basket. The filter came right out with about 98% of the spent grounds. We were happy with this purchase, just wished we could have a BIGGER pot 😃
