I go through a lot of KT tape being an athlete who has been through multiple injuries, surgeries, and re-injuries. Often times I tape up on Monday and it stays on through the Friday, so I value good adhesion and quality tape that lasts. This product receives a passing grade in that regard. It's adequate, but not perfectly adhesive for extended use.It is wide which I've found to be nice when taping my hip. Feels a bit more supportive than standard width tape. The scissors work great to cut the tape to size.

I can recommend this support tape, it is sticky enough to adhere well, but not very hard to remove. It can withstand sweat, and even a shower and stay on for a couple days or more which really worked nice for my wrists which can get painful at times while working.

I purchase this brand and only one more review show a reaction to tape adhesive, but is really bad , I have to place large tapes over my surgery and it was painful and horrible to remove with the blisters. I guess KT is more expensive for a reason, I be back to buy KT.

For the amount of tape that you get (two 4-inch wide rolls), this is a really good value compared to some of the more well known brands like RockTape. I did a small test to make sure I wasn't allergic to the adhesive and was all clear. That said, it's not the stickiest of tapes, which I think is important especially for more active people. It was almost too easy to peel off, though I will say that it did manage to keep sticking to me after a shower. I'm not sure how much this product would improve my circulation.

Overall, this is a great value for the price. This comes with two large, wide rolls, a pair of scissors, and an insert with some application instructions for around the price of a couple of regular sized rolls of more recognized brands. Adhesion is good and can last for a couple of days with proper application and care.There isn't too much more to say; it is good quality kinesiology tape at a great price. If 4-inches is too wide, cut it down to the size you need. I would highly recommend this.

I'm always looking to recreate the full experience of a physical therapy session at home, this includes getting all sorts of exercise equipment, a TENS machine, and now kinesiology tape that I can use to keep my muscles activated. While my point of reference is the type my PT uses, I found this product to hold up well despite being a generic brand. The included scissors are not just a gimmick, by the way. It definitely helps if you have a clean cut instead of trying to tear across the roll. I found the stickiness to be adequate, although I'm not using it in a particular humid environment nor am I sweating profusely when wearing it. At the end of the day, I am able to take it off with ease and don't have any visual or sticky residue to deal with.

While i've used the standard sized KT tapes for this pain with ok results. This wide version was an excellent solution for much larger joint support.Walking was labored with my pain which generally occurs when my leg abducts. I had to crisscross,pair, and stagger the standard tapes over the hip in order to feel decent enough support. I had to use a total of 8 pieces to do this.However, having this larger size was perfect for this are of pain. It is rare for this pain to occur so I can't speak of improvement in healing time, but i'm sure it helped. It absolutely alleviated a lot of discomfort while moving about.The tape also survives through showers and can hold up quite well bit can fray at the edges (all my other tapes have). Removing it was no harder than the smaller sizes. Just pull down 180 degrees to itself.The residue adhesive however, a pain to get ride of. I just rub it with my fingertips and get an adhesive roll started.
