I work in a frig, these warmers do help. They take a bit of time to warm up (outside the frig) and you may have to shake them every once in awhile to reactive them but not having cold fingers while working is great!

They work well but they take a lot and I mean a lot of shaking. Once you are past the shaking stage they actually work quite well. I recommend.

My daughter started ice skating lessons this winter on an outdoor rink. The winter was very cold these made it much more comfortable.
