i loved it,but the handle started to come loose.I got an email from the manf. and are sending me a new one.Great people to do business with.They take care of their customers!

DO NOT BUY!!
DO NOT BUY THIS CUP. The handle fell off and I tried to put it back on but the handle caught fire in our microwave and now we have to buy a new microwave. Please....AMAZON....do not sell this cup anymore!!

It will keep your coffee hot for hours! And by 'hours' I mean, 'minutes'...

Water ended up in between the walls and insulation not coming out.
Does keep drinks cold or hot. I bought 2. 1 ended up with water in between the sides and insulation. I know that will stink with mold after a while. You move it and can hear the water in it. Other hasn't hope it won't.The felt or fabric on the bottom is coming off too on both o them.
