Quality isn't that great

I purchased this on the 12th and it arrived on the 21st. Guess I'm used to Prime. Packaging was poor. Plaque has rough edges and rough around the cutout for hanging. Looks OK from the front. I purchased this for a gift and am a little embarrassed to give it. Price has dropped $6 sense I bought it. $10 shipping is a rip off.
