Great For Powering Your Trail Cam With An External Battery
These cables provide an economical way to connect a good sized external battery to a trail cam. With the included 4.0x1.7 to 5.5x2.1 adapter you are covered for a wide variety of cameras. Pictured is a Meidase camera using the adapter. Most of my cams are connected to small solar panels that have their own battery but in winter time the reduced available sunlight is not enough to keep some of the sun challenged high activity cams charged. These cables connected to a 10 AH Lifepo4 battery will power the cam for quite a while and can be used simultaneously to recharge the solar panel's internal battery. Since the panel charges at standard usb 5v I use a waterproof motorcycle 12v to usb converter cable. Where the traffic/sunlight issues proved too great I used this cable for the cam connection in conjunction with a 20 watt solar panel to keep the the 10 AH battery charged which pretty much works indefinitely.

Check the polarity before hookup.
One of my trail cameras which was probably 15 years old finally gave out when the outer camera lens cracked and fell apart so I bought a new trail camera from Amazon. As with others, the new camera has a socket to plug in an external battery.Note: The older camera's socket was reversed polarity and required the Red wire connect to the Negative (black) battery post. Polarity should be indicated at the socket.Adapter plugs were included just in case your camera needs the larger plug. The adapter plugs are 5.5*2.5mm.The 79-inch length means you can mount the battery about 6-feet above ground and still connect to the battery sitting on the ground. My mounted cameras are about 5-feet above ground so there is some extra length available for placing or concealing the battery. With two extension wires you can power both of your cameras or, at least, have a spare if you are down to one camera. Rabbits and rodents have been known to chew through wires. The wire is small at 22 gauge and won't likely take much tugging or abrasion. I really like using silicone tape to cover any perceived weak points.

Works Great
I got this power cord for a game camera that drains new batteries in about five days. I think a cell phone tower is out, because the camera is constantly trying to connect. I suspect that's why its draining the batteries. For right now, I have a 6AH 12V lithium battery powering it. I want to see how long that battery lasts, before I tie the whole thing into a solar back-up to keep the battery charged.I would definitely get this again, especially for the low price for 2 cables. I highly recommend this power cord

These are really awesome for keeping trail cameras going longer
These are what I was always looking for to keep my trail cameras going longer. I hate swapping out batteries all the time. Now I can use the larger 6 Volt lead acid batteries and not worry about them for much longer. They come with a variety of adapters too so they can fit many types of cameras. Be sure before you buy though that your particular camera can take these adapters. I have a huge variety of cameras and some have proprietary connections.

Great cables for external battery pack
I run a lot of trail cameras on the farm cand am converting most over to remote battery packs… these cables are perfect for that need. The terminals are insulated in a clear rubber and the wires appeared crimped tightly to the wires. There's ample room to put some silicone in the end of the rubber insulation to make it watertight but my battery boxes are already tight, and I don’t need this extra protection.I didn’t check the length, but they are plenty long for my needs. The adapters allow you to fit different size game cameras but fit fine with my Reveal cameras. The kit came with 2 sets of wires and 2 adapters… at this price and quality it’s a steal.Definitely recommend.

Wires a bit thin
It works. Mine came with adapter plugs. I think it converts 4.0x1.7mm to 5.5x2.1mm (or maybe 2.5mm, not sure). The wires are a little thin for the rated max current. I'm only running ~500mA continuous at 12V and it runs ok.

Very Useful.
The 4.0x1.7mm DC plug compatibility is another commendable feature. It fits seamlessly into a variety of devices, including game cameras, doorbell cameras, and other electronic devices that require a DC connection. This versatility makes Udibas power cords a versatile solution for a variety of outdoor and surveillance needs. Durability is an important aspect of any outdoor equipment, and these power cords don't disappoint. For professionals like me who rely on equipment in different and sometimes challenging environments, this kind of durability is crucial.

GOOD PRODUCT!
The media could not be loaded. This length is perfect for positioning my camera in an optimal position without being restricted by proximity to a power source. 4.0x1.7mm DC plug compatibility means I can easily connect them to my portable power banks and solar panels, ensuring continuous operation, especially in remote areas. The durability of these cables is impressive - they are able to withstand a variety of weather conditions without any loss in performance. The two-pack is great and allows me to rig up multiple cameras and enhance my field setup. I've been using it for a while. Product works fine.
