HMC Silver Star Mini Medal Small Pin, 1 1/8"

I bought the Silver Star for my best friend. He is a WW2 veteran and was awarded the star during his campaign on D-Day at Utah beach. He was with the 101st Airborne. Joe had misplaced his Silver Star and asked me if I would be able to get him another. I was very pleased when I checked with Amazon and found you carried this award. After I put in my order, Joe found his star. He loves the one I got for him and he wears them both along with his Purple Heart pin on his WW2 cap. He just turned 96 last month. He is a real hero.
