The toy it self, amazing. Really good fun and great to look to look at, simply an amazing buy.Only 4 stars though as i think it could of been made a little better, too much plastic. So for that i seriously suggest that you only buy this for people 18+ because it is delicate.

Bigger than I thought it was!The glow effect is very bright, and the detailing is nice.Go easy on the pretend injections as you might snap the plastic but still a good collectable!

Als großer Fan der bioshock Reihe kommt irgendwann der Punkt wo man Merchandising kauft. Da die Eve spritze ein sehr wichtiges Teil der beiden ersten Teile ist war klar das es das Teil sein muss. Bestellt und geliefert wie immer im Turbo verfahren. Beide Kartonagen waren beschädigt was wohl eher an der Post lag wie an Amazon aber sicher Wissen tu ich es nicht und viel wichtiger war für mich das die Spritze unbeschädigt ist. Spritze ausgepackt und sie begutachtet, sie sehr Detail getreu aus, leuchtet auch schön aber sie fühlt sich eher billig an. Gut, ich will nicht mit ihr spielen, und als Spielzeug ist sie mal überhaupt nicht geeignet, aber trotzdem fühlt sie sich billig an. Für Sammler okay, aber als Spielzeug ungeeignet.

ガラスと金属で出来ているイメージですが実際は内部のライトや電池、配線を除いて全てプラスチック製です。個人的にはマニアックな原作のマニアックなアイテムを商品化する以上、高価になってもガラスと金属製にしてほしかった。

ライトがつくのはいいですね。かなりマニアックな商品ですが、好きな人は買って損は無いとおもいます。

I'm an avid gamer and game collector, but I'm very new to collecting game merchandise. When I saw this Eve Hypo replica, I HAD to have it on my bookcase (much like another reviewer).There were several things I noted upon taking it out of the box. Like another reviewer remarked, it's much lighter than you would expect. I realize that it's made of plastic, but a little heft would have made it feel much better in your hand. Mine hasn't broken, but it feels disappointingly fragile. It does light up with the click of a button up top, and I have to say, lighting the thing up and setting it on my shelf put a big, goofy grin on my face.The needle does detach by pulling straight off from the rest of the model. Even though that may be the case, I don't see this being a toy in any way but the loosest sense of the word. A child would have the thing in eight different pieces in a matter of seconds. Other reviewers mentioned the bulb burning out after a week of "normal use". Since I don't know what that means, I'll say that mine has survived beyond a week, but I only turn the light on every couple of days for a few seconds (because it's new and it still makes me chuckle). Having read those reviews, though, I do worry that I'll pick it up one day soon and it will fail to light.So, final thoughts:-It looks good on a bookshelf.-It's good for a laugh, and that's about all.-Anyone who would seriously consider buying this thing probably already knows the two things above.-The $15 price tag might easily be better spent on a used game.-It feels cheap and fragile.But I have to say, while I'm not sure why, seeing it on my shelf does put a smile on my face.

Me and my brother jumped on these when we found them. The thought of having replica Eve Hypo's adorning our shelves was to good to pass up. And in fact they do look awesome sitting on the shelves.... but thats about it.They are cheaply made replicas. The little handle that sticks out the side will instantly snap the moment you apply any pressure to it, including when you simply pick it up. Parts of it fall off easily... but it was only 15 dollars.So, you get what you pay for. It looks really nice sitting on the shelf... but your not gonna pic it up and show it off. Which is sad since the whole lighting up feature, makes it seem like a fun toy to play with.If you do decide to play with it, be sure to have some super glue on hand, to reinforce the fragile thing.

Okay so if you've never played bioshock, or bioshock 2 then why are you here?This is a prop from the second game but could be considered a prop from the first game. It arrived on time and in its box no real problems that I could see. The product images are a bit annoying because some look lighter and some look darker. I guess its hard to decide what it really looks like. I would take a picture but im pretty sure it might just end up looking the same as one of them. For the price it was kinda expensive considering its mostly a prop. It does light up and stay lit after you have pressed the button. Other then that I don't know what else to say.

I love Bioshock and Bioshock 2. Little disappointed in the game could of been better but I still enjoyed it. Neca is doing a great job with their line up of figures and replicas. This one especially is pretty sweet. Press the button and it lights up like its full of eve. Press it again and it turns off. Just feels like if you miss treat it, it will easily break. Doesnt feel durable. Over all though if you love Bioshock like I do, you should get it. I think it should have came with a base or stand to display it. Thats the only real downer. It just lays there. Maybe future reference for Neca and theyre collectibles.

When I got this toy I was so ecstatic my friends and I would play with this thing a lot. That is how I found out the light bulb did not last. It went out on me within the first week and the plastic needle in the end broke of easily. That being said this thing was awesome. So I pretty much have my old one as parts in case my next one breaks a shell or something besides the needle or bulb. So in the end if you care to have this longer than a week don't fool around with it too much. Oh and we were gentle with it by the way, we were not tossing it around or stepping on it. Just regular use.

I'm a big Bioshock fan. And maybe i was unlucky, but everything seemed to be perfect. I received the package with no problem but then after a few days, it stopped lighting up. I mean seriusly. I changed the batteries thinking they were dead and still it wouldnt shine. I admit it was pretty awesome seeing it shine but i was very dissapointed when i saw that it wasnt turning on anymore. It is still a cool product for die hard fans but in my case, i was very upset that it didnt last.

As a die-hard BioShock fan, I absolutely needed one of these. After months of scavenging the internet for a fairly priced piece, I nearly gave up before these suddenly came back into stock on amazon. The hypo came in pristine condition, the shipping was quick, and I'm so pleased to finally have this displayed proudly on my shelf. I'd suggest getting one quickly if you're interested, seeing as I had one hell of a hard time trying to find one for under 100 dollars.

Despite a lower review by some people this is a must have for die hard fans of the series or anyone wanting to add to their collector's edition. It is listed as a toy for a reason, however it's durable and looks good next to the rest of the collection.PROS- Durable- Detailed- Actually lights up- Looks GREATCONS- NoneIt does light up and clicks like a pen to stay lit. The plastic has been made to look "aged" and it is definitely a nice addition as a prop.

Cool little toy I bought for a friend a few xmas's ago and the only problem is that it can break VERY easily. During the 2nd day he had the item, the tip of the needle already broke off when he was trying to set it up on top of a bookshelf with small items around it to hold it up but the replica fell on the carpet down below and snapped the needle off lol. he got some tape and taped it up but its still cool because he likes the fact that it lights up

It's a really cool item to have if your a bioshock fan. The syringe looks a bit cheap but is great for the price! I'm glad I bought it because it looks great on and off. Though I would love to leave it on all the time but I don't want to kill the battery. It has not died on me yet even though I've been using it like crazy. It's just a a worth buy if you really want it. It makes a great prop to just own and show off.

For over $ 20 dollars this should be made out of better clear material. This feels like a $2 toy that lights up for kids. I like the figures as long as im not expected to pose them. But this is just way too low budget. I just paid for the name bioshock and recived a trinket. Sad purchase. I enjoy Bioshock to certain extremes but not enough to endorse this eve replica.
