Leathercraft Kit Scout Moccasin-Size 8/9, Leather, Brown

These Moccasins are not bad but they're not very hard wearing... I've had them for about ten months wearing them around the house and occasionally outside and holes have appeared in both of the soles...The leather seems to be more like glove leather... I purchased some moccasins a few years ago and the leather was much more durable, they lasted a number of years...

These are excellent and take about an hour to assemble. My one criticism is the lacing cords fray terribly when cut. To overcome this I have relaced the supplied cords with 2mm leather thong. The kit would be perfect if that was supplied or aglets provided to finish off cut ends.

Built as directed. Good quality.....BUT very flimsy. Not much strength in the leather. Expected the finish to be stronger.

Not at all pleased,very small,to soft and flimsy to wear even as a slipper.Good for dressing up maybe

They are very good just like the old ones that we used to get from the scout shop but the laces they should be leather not cotton that's is the only downside of them

The leather was very flimsy; but the worst feature was that they were too small.They would fit a child, not a man.
