Good Quality Home Gym Accessories
I bought these to supplement my Marcy MWM 988 home gym and would say they’re a necessary set for any good home gym. I also bought a set of stainless snap clips so I had extra because the two that come with the set isn’t really enough. Overall I think they are well constructed with smooth surfaces and don’t cut into your hands. I would recommend adding just a touch of grease (I used white lithium) to the pulldown bar because as it rotates in the attachment point it’s very dry and rough. There’s a hole in the attaching point where I stuck the nozzle of the grease tube and put just a touch inside. That really smoothed out the operation of the bar. Overall, a great set for a great price and worth your consideration.

Turns a rack into a full gym
My son was getting into weightlifting and we used this kit along with a cable, pulley, and his weight plates to help create a full set of equipment. The pulley attached to the top bar and this gear gave my son all of the attachments he needed. He’s very pleased.

Cable equipment
Was a bit worried based on previous reviews I had seen about chips and rust.However these arrived in clean, perfect condition. There were no chips or rust spots.Hooked up easily to our cable machine.Works just as well as the equipment in the commercial gyms.My only criticism is the straight bar doesn’t move as fluidly against the centre piece, but you can still get your work out in and for the price and set, totally worth the money.
