I’ve been looking for a good cheap cup coffee filter for years and this is the one. It looks like it fell out of a big machine! But it has a fine strainer and I get twice the taste for the same amount of ground coffee. I drink de caf so this is a real bonus. The brush is a shortened bather’s basting brush- very useful for cleaning it but if you would rather use it for preparing pastry you can do that too. I’m now getting another for my full caf friends when they visit. Did I mention it’s the cheapest option? It doesn’t taste like it!

I’m using this on camping trips, it has a great fold up sides that fold out to rest on your mug.Well made.I use a sea to summit x-mug and it sits ok on the rim to filter fresh coffee.Great alternative to crap coffee.Small so you can pop it inside a titanium mug or a pot set.Come with a brush to clean it out but to be honest it’s more useful as a pastry brush but I appreciate the additional brush to clean the coffee out.
