I cant get it to read my network up and down. Where can I find troubleshooting?

Is there an option in this to display FPS?

Yes. It's able to display FPS. Please refer the 'FPS ON GUIDE' in the folder.

I have two of these screens install in my pc. how do i get the software to read both screens? i have to keep unplugging one to set up the other.

that would be a fairly involved software rewrite on the tablet and the windows software, I believe they have firmware on their website

Can I just connect through USB without connecting it to the motherboard to use it?

Yes. One of the cords that is included, is USB type C that goes into device and the other end of that cord is the normal full size USB type A to go into computer. So that one single cord will both power and send the data back and forth. That one cord is all you need for complete full setup and usage. The other cord is for connecting the device to the motherboard directly, DONT DO BOTH! Just one or the other!
