Ten Tiny Toes

We received this book 4 years ago when my first child was born. It has been one of our favorites ever since! It's also my go-to baby book for expecting parents; I love it that much! When my baby was a newborn it was hard to imagine her hopping and bopping and jumping...and then we she began doing all those things it was like the book grew with her. We also have a dog who resembles the one in the book -added bonus! The art work is beautiful and the art truly depicts many of the things children do as they grow. The message of the book is pure sweetness. :)

This is perfect to read with your little one. My toddler asks to read it several times a day. I loved it so much I have started giving it as baby shower gifts.

This cute and adorable story is one of my personal favorites to read to my girls. Really I don't even need to read it anymore because I know all the lines by heart!! It's a great book for an young child's bedtime because it holds their attention with the great words and beautiful pictures and is short/long enough where they feel like they aren't being jipped. I bought this for a friend who is expecting as it is one of my daughter's favorites.

In looking for an alternative to the classic baby gift book, I discovered this absolute new delight! The rhymes are perfect for a read aloud to a young child -- clever, not cloying, sweet and tenderhearted. The illustrations are playful. The quality of the book feels like it's a special gift. As a mom of two, I would so recommend this book be added to any preschooler's library. It is the type of book to cherish and read again and again.
