Advanced Weight Support Meal Replacement Vanilla

This is a great option for me for a quick meal on the go i just add some ice and coconut milk and blend everything together. It’s tasty and filling, i also feel it has good ingredients.

I add this to a glass of fat free milk and stir briskly. The shake is easy on the stomach of people with GI disorders, yet it is tasty and fulfilling. It has the right balance of proteins, which keeps hunger away and gives my body the nutrients it craves.

This shake was one of the best I’ve tried. It did not have a bad aftertaste and it mixed very well. I tried it using fruits and yogurt as well as just some milk and ice. It was smooth and kept me full until my next meal. U would definitely recommend this.

I was surprised at the flavor, it wasn't too bad for vanilla. It's amazing when you blend it with a blender and great if you use some fruit to jazz it up and add some fiber or to create your own flavor. That's why I got vanilla, its easier to work with. Overall an excellent choice in protein powder if you're wanting to go vegan or can't do the other protein powders.
