I love that I can wear the sandals I had given up on because they hurt my flat feet, and the insoles that I normally wear can't be used with sandals. These gel arch support cushions are soft and comfortable, and work to support my feet.

These were comfortable and did add some arch support but when I pulled my foot out of my shoe it rolled up and peeled off. So kind of a one time use item for me. I did put them in shoes not sandals, maybe they work better in sandals.

The comfort is great! But they move around a bit. That’s because I have to walk with a cane or a walker! I think.🧐

I put these ON TOP of my inserts for arch support because the arch support in in inserts I’ve bought is never enough for my feet. And of course the arch support that come in shoes when you purchase them is even worse.However, I can’t really blame shoe companies because while adjusting these cushions, it made me aware of how much of a huge difference there is in the feel of the shoe and cushion when placing it just 1/4” differently. It makes me realize that everyone’s feet is a little different - your arch is probably in a slightly different place compared to mine but it makes a big difference.In order to make them stay on permanently, I simply add Super Glue Gel on the Arch Support Cushions and it works very well. I actually am glad that the adhesion is not stronger (and it actually is very sticky) because then I can try them in different positions on top of my arch support to figure out what spot makes them most comfortable. Once I have figured that out by walking a few steps, then I Super Glue them in.

Adds a little arch support to your flat not so comfy dress sandals. Great value.

Nonexistent adhesion: there is no stickiness to them so they don't stay in place.They do not work with wearing socks.The "arch" is very flat, not nearly as supportive as might be desired.

I have very high arches and add these to my arch support shoe inserts.

I found these to not offer a high enough arch support - I would have preferred more height in the "arch" portion of the insert, and a smaller size for the overall "area" for insert.I also found the glue to be not very sticky, so after walking a bit, I felt them shift in my shoe making things not very comfortable.They may work for shoes that already have some partial arch support, and adding these will heighten the arch. (ie., I lifted the insole in a runner, and slipped the gel insert underneath, to add to the height of the arch for the shoe). But if a shoe does not have some arch support already, these are not be sufficient for me.

I had been told by my chiropractor I would benefit from arch support in my shoes, I have many pairs so I thought this might be a good thing to try. I put the fabric one, vs the plastic gel one in a pair on converse and I could get them to stay in place very well
