I bought this unit to put under my work desk. I have a bad knee that hurts over time when sitting at my desk. I thought a vibrating platform might alleviate the pain. It does help. It has a nice low setting and with a wide range of speed increments.I was impressed at the power of the unit.. I wasn't expecting it to be as solid of a vibration rocker. I really expected it to be an enhanced vibrator massage type machine.. but this is actually a rocker. It rocks from side to side to generate the vibration.. This give it a wide range of motion. I make good use of a standup rocker now, so I am familiar with them. This thing is surprisingly strong and actually reminds me of the large standup machine I use. It is also very quiet except for the beeping when it turns on, off etc.. hahaaAll in all I think this unit is a very good value. I would recommend it.

I absolutely love this product. I does everything it claims to do. I have been using it every day for 2 weeks at least 10-40 minutes and I have so much more energy to do more things. I don’t feel as bloated and my knees aren’t as sore as they were. 100% recommend

I love how this has eliminated the swelling of my legs. I use it 20/30 minutes everyday! I stand at my desk around 8hrs a day and it's fantastic.

I don't use it for exercise, I use it after work to help relax my muscles its like an intense massage at first. But after a few minutes it's totally relaxed and when just my legs or feet are sore I sit in a chair put my feet on it and turn it on I am in love the best purchase I have made from amazon

I bought this in Prime Day just out of curiosity. I read what it did and supposed to do for your body BUT after two weeks of using this I noticed I could now have all down the stairs again like a normal person!! It’s been a few years since I could do that as my right knee gave me such sharp pains I would do anything to avoid stairs. Now I go up and down like a normal person and now look for reasons to do so to increase my exercise. Never thought it would help my knees and no description of these vibration plates ever list them as beneficial for it. All I can say is that this has been the best thing I’ve purchased this year!
