CTC bought the Norwich based C'est Ca factory in 2005. Since then they have gone from strength to strength and have become one of the UK's leading manufacturers of branded kitchen textiles. The fabric is the best quality 100% cotton. All the oven gloves and gauntlets are tested to British Standard BS6526 for heat protection and insulation. The 100% towelling has been developed and manufactured for them in the UK. Gauntlets are just a little bit longer than others making them infinitely more practical for home bakers. The premium range has an integral steam grease barrier for extra heat protection. The apron neck straps and back ties are not all made of tape, they are made from the same fabric and are cut and folded to give a professional finish.
