I purchased an iHood heated vest for my girlfriend last year. I was impressed with the packaging it came in but also with the quality of the build of the vest. While she had not had the opportunity to use it until this past fall, she came to find the battery was not holding a charge. iHood replaced with without question and quickly.After purchasing this jacket I was immediately impressed with the quality of the materials once again. The slide out handwarmers is a really nice touch, particularly for someone who has cold hands all of the time. I think this company makes fantastic products and has excellent service on top if that. There products are worth the investment.

I had to get a 3X and I usually wear a 2X, knowing that since this is my 3rd coat I've purchased. I also have the vest and the heavy style work jacket.The hand warmers are a great add on to this style coat. I have used it mostly in 35-45 degree weather on medium setting with all 3 sections on, I get the battery down to approx. 50% in about 2 hours or so. I also have a spare which I haven't had to use just yet. I use this to take my Dog to the dog park, and I usually am outside with him from 1-3 hours so a charge lasts even if I have to bump it up to high.I'm sure if you are only using certain sections and not all 3 then your battery life will obviously increase.It does what it says, it's a comfortable jacket. keeps you warm, and it looks nice as well. I've been recommending them to all my friends at the dog park.

This is the jacket I wish I got from iHood last year. I went up a size because last year it was too small to fit a good warm sweatshirt under. iHood said they ran small last year and said they were going to fix that this year. That one was warm where the heat bands were, but my arms would freeze. This time I went with the puffer style instead of the soft shell. There is no warmth in the arms of the softshell while this one has filling all the way down the sleeves and has thumbhole heated handwarmer section. What a difference between the 2 jackets. I buy these for warmth, not fashion. Great price on Black Friday.

My husband wears this jacket to golf and loves it. If you keep it on low it will last 18 holes, and a lot of times he turns it off as it gets hot. We did purchase a back up battery just in case. He loves the jacket and thought it was a well worth and reasonably priced. I bought him a vest as well from the same company and he loves it as well. He is a large in all jackets and it fit well. Overall he thinks the jacket is fantastic.

From the first time I opened the package I was impressed. I ordered an x-lg so I could wear a heavy sweater under it. I live in northern Iowa and I have always hated going out in the cold to exercise my horse. A friend was telling me about these jackets so I ordered it. I’m really glad I did. It is very warm, lightweight and looks good enough to wear to town. I like the built-in hand warmers the best because my hands are always cold. In the fall it’s warm enough without turning on the heat. Very happy!!!

Got this for my dad for his birthday to wear when we ride horses in the winter. He loves it and wears it all the time!

Main problem is the battery. I've only worn this about 3 times and liked the heat but the battery died after about an hour this last time I wore it. It had a full charge to start. Very disappointed.
