Product Description: For those with mild to moderate symptoms of repetitive strain injury, arthritis or any other ailment of the wrist, wearing a brace can have a profound effect on their day-to-day life. A Little Wrist Action Our brace has been cleverly designed to provide maximum support to either wrist. The metal splint can be removed from the pocket on one side and be placed in the pocket on the other side, so that it can sit underneath the wrist on either arm. The durable, breathable fabric allows for excellent air circulation under the brace, keeping the temperature constant and preventing a build-up of sweat. Support and stability is provided to the whole hand, with a space for your thumb keeping it all in place. The black support is very discreet, easily hidden under long-sleeved tops when you would rather not let everyone know you are wearing it. Very nearly perfect (4.5*)
This is really great value at the price (5*) and very well designed in the way that it can be adapted for both left or right hands ....... most 'competitors' demand a choice of one or the other. Unlike some of the other 'reviews', I haven't experienced any difficulty in getting it on or off and certainly haven't found it too tight ~ I'm probably a L/XL glove size. It looks good and appears to be made of quality material, very different from some of the very cheap 'compression' alternatives that I've seen and tried.So why not five stars? It was close (probably 4.5*) but my (slight) concern is the metal insert used to obtain rigidity. This fits into a 'sleeve' on the side of the wrist support and whilst it works, I'd be a little concerned that over long term use, the 'sleeve' would rip AND I'd be worried about injury to hand/wrist. I have a pair of (snowboarder) gloves with a similar design but in that case this support material is a very rigid plastic (designed to break on serious impact) and in that case, it's in a much stronger 'sleeve': Perhaps a future modification to this otherwise very good product?UPDATE (having owned/worn for a while):Firstly, in response to issues raised over Velcro fastening. On receipt, here is a patch covering the Velcro which needs to be removed to obtain maximum 'stick', however I've found that this means the Velcro adheres too well (difficult to remove again) SO my solution was to partially re-attach the patch. A bit of trial and error leads to the ideal (for you) adherence.Secondly, I've just noticed a slight split directly under the thumb hole. I'm not sure if this was there on receipt or is a consequence of use. At the moment it's not an issue but I will watch it, hopefully it won't get worse!

Great support and love that it can go on either wrist. Very clever idea! Great price and got a personal email from the company. It’s a small business that should def be supported

Use it for bed it is comfortable if not a little big for my small hand, but still stops me from bending my wrist when asleep.

Does what it says on the Box
I received my order the next day which was wonderful. It has made a difference already, my wrist and hand are much more comfortable and using this to work on a keyboard has stopped the aches and pain at the end of the day.

Poor fit and quality
Product is way too big, meaning it doesn't actually stop my wrist from moving like it should. I've had to put safety pins in it to stop it falling off but it's still way too loose. Also the velcro is awful and is difficult to remove, actually destroying itself in the process. Not good when the wearer only has 1 good hand and needs someone else to remove it. Also the metal splint doesn't fit in properly so it puts too much pressure on parts of the hand meaning it can't be worn for long periods of time

Great piece of kit.
Really pleased with the support. Can be worn with or without the supplied metal splint that stops the wrist from bending too far. It has helped me get over an injury that I could not shake. Recommended.

Good product
Have a torn ligament and this gives me the support I need , the hospital one is good but the Velcro gets caught but this one has on 1 Velcro strap so does not get caught
