I love this thing. Especially the programmable functionality - I don’t think I can go back. I love that you can swap between your three programmed “profiles”/layouts with the physical button on the front of the controller.I normally have my buttons swapped (pro controller style), so this is great for making sure my confirm/cancel buttons are mapped the way I like (some games, like space marine 2, hard lock them, but this controller allows me to bypass that). But I also have other games where I use a different overall layout, so the multiple profiles is so convenient.The buttons all feel pretty high quality, not the cheap plastic clicky touch of my old powera. In fact, I’d say it feels pretty similar in touch to the pro controller. Just a great piece of electronics.The case it comes with feels so sturdy and I love that you can charge through it, as well as packing the controller and dock into the case for easy and safe transport. If you’re a Genshin fan (like me) the Chongyun magnet and keychain are adorable. Also, the joystick caps are quite cute, though I opted to stick with the base joysticks because I prefer the look personally.I don’t notice any lag or sensitivity issues. Highly recommend!

I am a huge Genshin Impact fan, and this controller was very tempting. I had been using an Xbox Controller. After getting this controller, I was blown away by the quality and feel, plus it even came with a quality carrying case. The buttons and controllers feel great, I also find that the thumb sticks also track a lot better than the Xbox controller as well making it easier when using and aiming with bow characters.I been gaming on this controller for several months now, have hundreds of hours of gaming on it, and noticed another positive... it never ever disconnects. On the other hand, I would randomly get some disconnects from the Xbox controller, but this one has been flawless. No disconnects, looks great, tracks great, feels great in my hand, is very responsive, zero issues, price was great, and loved all of the extras this came with. I am thinking of picking up a second one as well for my laptop for when I travel.

This controller definitely takes the cake when it comes to both value and quality. For $60 you are definitely getting way more in this controller than XBOX controller.First off, the Genshin goodies that come with this controller are very nice and definitely stuff to keep. The aesthetics are pleasing and tastefully done to represent the character that they collab'd with. The carrying case that comes included is high quality and allows you to charge the controller when it's inside the case.Functionality wise, the controller provides lots of different customization options from the swapping of buttons to the ability to bind the back triggers to do whatever you want. The buttons themselves and the triggers feel tactile and responsive.In terms of connectivity, there is so much convenience here. You can easily pair the controller with any mobile device and portable gaming consoles. When using it on PC, the dongle being connected to the charging station is a lifesaver when it comes to saving USB ports and desk clutter.Overall, this controller is the best one that I have bought so far and I am very excited to try other options that 8bitdo has to offer.

The controller works well, and connects to my PC fairly easily. Setting it up to connect to steam was also pretty easy. The packaging is nice and made the controller fun to open. The charging port is also very convenient since I can just leave it on my desk and I won't forget to charge the controller once I'm done using it (like what often happens with my PS4 controller lol). The freebie keychain and magnet were also very cute. The keychain is metal and seems durable. The rubber grips for the controller sticks (I'm not sure what they're actually called) are kind of hard to get on intitially (I was scared of breaking the controller so it took me a little while), but they usually stay on once you get them on. Definitely a worthwhile purchase, especially if you're a Genshin fan.

The controller looks amazing! It was fun to unbox as a Genshin fan and it has also been really nice to use on the computer. The joysticks are smooth and the buttons don't feel cheap. The buttons have the xbox controller layout.The controller also turns on and off automatically whenever you take it off the dock which is very convenient. The light on the dock turns off when the controller is fully charged up too. The controller front is shiny though, which is a downside personally since I prefer the matte they have on the back, but otherwise, it is perfect. As for the case it comes with, it's pretty good. The case feels sturdy and even has a spot on the back for you to plug in the charging cord.

I bought this because I needed a decent wireless controller for a retro gaming pc I built. This particular version cost least than the standard 8BitDo model so I was a bit skeptical at first, but I was pleasantly surprised by just how much nicer it looks and feels. It even can with the extra goodies- magnet, keychain, and stick caps. I don't play Genshin Impact but I am sure one who did would appreciate it.Most importantly though, it is compatible with the console I set up (running Botocera OS) and handles beautifully. My co worker even wired it to his iPhone and it worked on it as well. I also discoveredthat the transceiver plugs into the base so can plug the base into the PC (or I am guessing a console as well) to act as a passthru to charge and not need to worry about taking up an extra USB port.To sum it up- I am very happy I took the risk on this. It is a beautiful and very functional controller.
