I love this mic adapter. Pass through USBC charging and works great with my DJI mic 2 setup.

Works flawlessly
I love that this little accessory (that admittedly should have been built into the device already) allows you to charge the device while still using the new provided 3.5 mm jack for microphones. You obviously need to keep the original door in a safe place and replace it if you go under water as this accessory takes away the ip rating.In the end, this is plug and play and works flawlessly.

Fits camera perfectly.
No dislikes. Added small microphone and a dead cat. Works perfectly on my helmet when skiing or riding my EUC. Great idea adding the USB-C port to outside for ease if charging.

Great item for great camera
Using this to connect my 7ryms dw30 wireless off camera mic system.Works perfectly, mic sounds awesome and the only anak complaint would be with this installed you can not remove micro sd card unless this is removed. Not tough but another step.

Once the cover to the camera is removed it is no longer waterproof.
The media could not be loaded. It is ready to use right out of the box and is very simple to use.

Must be removed to download video files via USB.
This device works fine as a microphone jack, but the USB port on the side does not support data transfer, so it must be removed to upload videos to my computer for editing. Engineering failure here.
