Easy placement, great privacy
I placed this on my front door/side window and the garage door windows…we love it! Cannot see inside during the daytime hours, at all, as it is both reflective and shaded. At nighttime, if you have indoor lights on, you can see inside, but the view is still very dampened. It’s durable, easy to put on, looks great, strong material, easy to clean with no issues, and definitely works as it should. It comes in various sizes but I was better off getting over sized so I could cut to size needed, which gave me more use and value for my money….it was also well priced!

Excellent
Great privacy film. Easy to apply and forgiving on mistakes. This helps with the hot summer sun also. I've purchased many rolls and would highly recommend 👌

It is a true mirror finish, but...
I wouldn't say this is easy to install unless you're already familiar with window tinting. It is very sticky (in a good way) and you might find that you will need plenty of spray. You also will need two people. This is a good product, far better than you will find at a big box store, but with a better product, comes the need for patience. I've had this on my front windows for about a month. I don't like the idea of the person at my front door being able to see right into my living room. It works well and unless your put your face right up to the window you cannot see in. There was some slight shrinkage after a few days though. It doesn't bother me much, as I have blinds that cover most of it up and when they're open, it covers the edges. I put this on on separate days. After seeing the shrinkage on the first window, thinking I over smoothed the film, I went light handed with the second window. It still shrank around the edges about 1/16 of an inch. Overall. I do like the mirrow tint, but I won't do anymore windows without someone that is familiar with window tinting. Maybe a car window tint expert could assist? Idk. So to compare, the window film you get a Lowes applies much like this does, but it is mostly a static cling type of film. This stuff is actually tacky on the side that goes onto the window so precise placement is very important. So far, I've had no peeling.

Keeps the heat out!
I purchased this window tint for my storm door windows, because the heat from the evening sun makes it impossible to keep my door open. Also, when I would shut my door it would get so hot that you could hardly touch it. This has been a game changer! Even with the extreme heat that we have been having, I am able to keep my door open. The heat stays out, my home is easier to cool plus you cannot see inside from the outside, it looks like the inside door is closed. I will be purchasing more to cover all of my west facing windows. I applied this by myself and it was actually quite easy. I did take my time and used lots of soapy water, but it wasn’t difficult at all. Just follow the instructions and use the tools provided. I used a quilters cutting pad to lay it on to cut before applying.

Amazing product!
Photo shows top portion of the window with the film on and the bottom portion of the window is without film (before I cut off access film). If you follow the instructions it is easy to install. The film did not stick to itself. I installed the film by myself. Make sure to clean ALL imperfections off your window with a blade or scrapper. There was over spray on one of our windows so it’s bubbly in that spot. But that is no fault to this supplier/product. The package came with the film AND a knife AND a small squeegee. I am ordering more for the remainder of my windows and my slider door!

don't like the adhesive
This is the second variety of window film that I've used, and I won't buy another one that is 'adhesive.'This adhesive window film is more difficult to install and next to impossible to squeegee any bubbles to the edges to remove them because the film literally 'sticks' to the window. I can only imagine the mess I'll have if I try to remove this film as all the adhesive will have to be scraped off with a razor blade. The first variety of window film I used was a static cling film. It went on easily and, with plenty of soapy water pre-applied to both window and film, the film can be slid around slight to get it properly aligned and mostly bubble free. Any remaining bubbles are easily squeegeed to the edges because the squeegee moves water into the space where the bubble was to make the film 'cling' to the window.Normally these films are put on top-to-bottom and gravity assists the application. When doing the top window of double-hungs, I found that with the adhesive film, I had to do bottom-up to put the film behind the window locking mechanism first since the adhesive makes it impossible to slide the film down behind the mechanism. (This is what I was able to do with the static cling variety.) I needed an assistant to hold the film while I adjusted the bottom and then it was next to impossible to properly align the rest of the film without it wrinking.Even installing the adhesive film top-down can be difficult because it tends to stick readily to the window in awkward positions, no matter how much soapy water has been pre-applied. And as already stated above, it's very difficult to remove bubbles.Good luck!

Amazing
Our house faces S.SW we live in the South East our metal front door would get so hot in the afternoon you would cuss when you touched the door handle. With that being said I was looking for something to reduce/reflect the heat I came across this product on Amazon and got a roll. After installing it on the all glass storm door we noticed a huge difference with the heat, and you can touch the door now. It’s gets a little warm but not hot. Since then I purchased more and did all of my front windows and reduced the heat in the house.

Great product!!
The best two-way mirrored film you will find!! I’ve tried many!! There is a learning curve to installing it, it can be frustrating- but that’s to be expected. Use lots of spray, watch YouTube videos and practice! (It also helps if you have two people) As far as quality is the best I’ve found anywhere!! Also a great price point!

Keep in mind it’s not private at night time with the lights on, but overall a great product !
Super easy to install. Take your time and do as instructed, and it’ll turn out excellent.

Easy to install
My husband and I installed on our four 60x60 windows. Can’t see it although it does reflect interior objects. Really cuts down outside heat
