This thing works great and is reliable. Instructions are online, website data in package.
An awesome product. Works better than expected. I found some negative reviews and thought about not buying. So happy I took the chance.Download the program for your computer from Toshiba, physically hook up the card, set the parameters to your liking, such as how many minutes until it stops broadcasting.... :) (I think it comes loaded 5min)Load the FlashAir App from Apple (one time thing). Stick the card in your Nikon. Turn it on, hook up to the WiFi on your iPhone.Typical workflow is...1. Take your pictures.2. At some point hook up your phone to the WiFi by turning your camera on. (There is a reason for this, if its past the 5 min, the WiFi signal will have turned off to save battery).3. Start the FlashAir program on the iPhone, select & transfer the pic. (save to your iPhone, all pics are not loaded to your phone automatically).4. Post to Facebook, send to a freind, etc. This brought new life to my D600. I didn't want to replace a great camera just because of WiFi.The only drawback was I would have liked the 64gb version.

Niche product that works about as well as expected
Like others, I found the WiFi functionality of this device problematic. The signal isn't particularly strong, and the SoC driving the server is woefully under-powered, but after spending some time and patience getting it set up, I've had it working reliably. It's on my network solidly, and files transfer fairly quickly for low-power WiFi. A thing to remember is that these WiFi SD cards are running really under-powered chips and barely spitting out radio signals to conserve power and heat. Range is incredibly short, and anything between the teeny-tiny antenna and your remote device - including the body of the device it's slotted into, as well as your hand - will drop that signal even further. On top of that, you really want to wait for a minute after powering it up before you try connecting to it - the teensy little computer inside the card takes a while to boot up and get ready to work. This is a niche device that doesn't really work the way most people would expect, with very few companies producing them (three total). The Toshiba card does work in line with the price, which is in the middle of the spectrum (professional units cost more than double the price). If you don't have an absolute need for added WiFi on a device that does not already have it built-in, and only accepts big ol' legacy SD cards, I'd suggest just getting a microSD card with a full-size adapter, and just live without the wireless file transfers (you'll get FAR more capacity with a plain microSD card as well).Disclosure: I'm using it as the SD card in a 3D printer, and using a custom configuration set up according to Toshiba's developers' resources. Tested for basic functionality using the Toshiba app, then reconfigured for use as a standard network client. Uptime: approximately 500 hours so far.

Works great but no instructions
It was confusing to set up. Because I have a hardwired computer, set up will not run. With some digging online, I was able to set it up through phone app. Still can’t access every setting, but since I only need photos to transfer, it works. Both the iOS and android apps work great. New photos appear within seconds and can be shared or saved from within the app. Photos can even be viewed through the computer browser (using WiFi connection only).

Just does NOT work.
I had wanted to get a Wi-Fi enabled memory card as my Canon camera does not have Wi-Fi and I thought that this would be the answer to be able to save photos from my camera to my phone, to my PC, to my Laptop, to my Tablet, w/o having to use a card reader. However, I did NOT take to heart all the negative reviews that stated that these cards just do not work.I followed the directions included in the packaging to get the software and update the firmware on the card and set the card up to my Wi-Fi. However, regardless of what version of the software I used (I found 3 different versions on English language Toshiba websites and found the supposedly newest versions of the software on the Japanese Toshiba website). As I can read Japanese I thought that I would be able to follow the steps given with the newest version of the software and get this card running. Well, after following all the directions, and getting to step 3 of 3, the software entered a loop of 'safely remove the card and resinsert then press OK to finish updating the software...this step would NEVER complete. I 'safely removed the card, reinserted then pressed OK over 50 times. Then I read too many forums complaints from too many users who could NOT get this card to work. So, overall, this is a nice 32 GB memory card, however, its wireless capabilities are NON-EXISTENT. I did, however, follow other directions on how to lock this card down by editing a config file located in a hidden file, which I did do...however, probably not necessary as I CANNOT detect this card as broadcasting ANY signal.DO NOT BUY THIS CARD!

Works in original Fuji x100 and Sony rx1
Have the third gen version first. Works fine but transfering raws is too slow. This 4th gen version is quicker for sure for transfer WiFi speed.

Buen funcionamiento para evitar estar sacando y metiendo la SD Card
Funciono muy bien, solamente tuve que bajar los manuales del sitio de Toshiba. No funciona en cualquier dispositivo SD Card.

Great idea. Good implementation. Few niggles. Great package
This is a top of the line UHS-1, Class 10 wifi Card. This converts any old, non WiFi enabled camera into a WiFi enabled camera. Its write speeds would support 4K video.Download the FlashAir App from Play Store. Install on Phone.Place card in Camera. Set sleep time on camera to maximum time or to "Never"Follow instructions in app.Avoid configuring the internet pass through option as that does cause niggles.Keep taking images. Refresh the app on the phone. The image thumbnails keep transfering.Download what you need onto phone.Avoid sending images from the FlashAir App as it does throw up niggles.Easier to send images from phone after you switch off the camera, thereby disconnecting the wifi on the card.
