I have VERY skinny legs and have a VERY hard time finding boots that "fit" and look good on me. So I was thrilled to find these that said they had a top "circumference" of only 12.99" which would be great for me! I love Guess and these were a good price so I ordered them right away. When I got them, they were VERY nice boots, good quality, stylish lug sole, pretty Guess logo charm......loved them.BUT when I tried them on, the top opening was HUGE :( It was NOT 12.99" around....I measured them with two types of measuring tapes and they both said they were almost 16" around ! They looked awful on me.....gaped so big at top even when I tried to "stuff" them with leg warmers they did not work.Beautiful boots, but if you are skinny, DON'T buy them thinking they are "narrow calf" like it says! Great for girls with "normal" sized legs though. Was SO disappointed cause I loved them but had to send them back :( Hope this helps girls!
