Like the prefrmance &long battery life it does work in booth hard floors and capers hoeever still have not figured out where is the timer on the unit? Help😄 there s no clock buton.... Customer service was not helpful 😄giving videos that has nothing to do with my question😄 for the suction control use "turbo button as for progaming the shcaduled cleaning im wokingbon that 😄I found that pressing power on the unint 2x will activate 2 cleanings a day morning and evrnning. It also goes in to " sleeping mode when fully charged beng left on the charting base. To wake-up eater press the power on the unit or pick any vleanning mode on the remote. Finally found out that thos model does not come woth clock/timer glad my question was amswed 😄

I bought this while only with the whiners all giving 5 star reviews. I was aware there is no Wi-Fi capability but I expected a simple scheduling option for e.g. start at a certain time of the day. Unfortunately there is none. The manual talks bout programming but there is no programming you can do. My old one was not Wi-Fi but I could schedule it. I reached emailes their support and never heard back from them. I am returning this.

If you think it’s too cheap to be good. You’re wrong! We’ve had had shark for years. The last shark we had was the shelf emptying one with blue tooth. Very expensive. We hated it! I decided to go with this one. I was very skeptical because of the price and not knowing the product. This little robot is by far the best one! Cleans very well. We especially like the motion sensing when there’s an object in front of it. It will pickup lint that you didn’t know was floating around your house. It vacuums.The shark would try to climb the object. All I can say is save yourself a time of money and BUY IT!

I do enjoy this ease of it. But it turns on randomly (morning and evening) and can't figure out how to stop it from doing that.

This device does not have a programmable feature and does not connect to Wi-Fi!

This little sucker is fantastic. I bought it for one large room. It is quiet and does a really good job. Much quieter than my sharks.
