Cheap Quality and Poor Customer support
I am writing this review after 4 months of use. The remote quality is cheap. My remote suddenly stopped working so I opened the back cover to check the batteries but batteries were loose and came out automatically. When further checked the button that holds batteries was slipped inside. I immediately sent photos to support whatsapp number but their support is also not at all good. They simply said it is physical damage and not covered. Whatever messages I sent afterwards they simply ignored completely; such a poor way of handling customers. Please avoid this vendor.
