Medical grade - Bunion corrector and Pain relief kit - 11 piece Hallux Valgus straightener brace and splint

Of all the devices I tried, this is the besr. BUT far from perfect.1. Do not fasten/unfasten the part that goes on the bottom of you foot - only unfasten the top part of the straps. The bottom gets dirty and the dirt will eventually cause the velcro to fail. Not only that, but the velcro is not well fastened (glued?) to the strap and will eventually fall off. I would ask the manufacturer to provide at least one set of extra straps.2. Make sure you put the strap through the inside of the two openings on the base and not the one closest to the edge because that one is fragile and will eventually snap off.3. It would be nice if the base that sits on the foot were a little wider, because it slips on the foot and needs to be constantly re-adjusted if you walk with it on.4. It would be great if there were the same padding on the toe part, because the strap chafes the inside of the toe.5. For my big flat feet, it would be great if the toe part could pull the toe out a little farther. My big toe just wants to squeeze in and the separation is ok but a little more would be better.As I said, this is the best I've found but could be so much better!

I have been using the product for several weeks. Note, I have minor bunions - per my doctor, corrective surgery not advised, so I had only been wearing my orthotic insert . When I saw this product at Amazon I decided to give it try. Using the sprint nightly, and the spacer between my large and second toe during the day with my flats and low heel pumps, I am seeing a noticeable improvement . I have also started using the toe straightener exercise strip. I gave only four stars because the sprint loosens during the night, but other than that, I like this product and would recommend it to others.

The items were better than expected. The Velcro can be replaced if needed, the instance pain relief was unexpected as I have tried many products and this splint works. On 3 day I tried going without the split at home and pain kept me in the chair. I used the pads to go out and I was able to walk to bus stop with very little pain. To put on properly took a few friends to find just the right angle for each foot, the splints are light weight so you don't have any extra weight on your feet. Due to how much pain I have with my feet and how much instance help these splints give, that even if I had to order a new set each month it would be well worth it

I love this bunion protector. It really pulls your big toe out while pushing the toe joint in and is the best I've ever used, BUT either the Velcro rips, or the plastic breaks, and I have to order a new one. I would pay more money for one made with better quality. They last from 1 week to about 2 months, depending on how often it is used. I gave it 3 stars only because I had to replace it several times due to ripping Velcro or plastic snapping.

I have not used all the apparatus in the kit yet. However the silicone bunion protector/spacer has been a great comfort. I wear it with my shoes as soon as I am home from work and it gives me such relief! If the rest of the products in the kit work half as well I will be one happy camper!!

I have tried many other varieties of splints, not meeting with much success. I took a gamble with buying this, and I'm glad I did. This one is excellent in the way it holds and compresses the toe. After a few weeks of daily use, I could already see a difference. This also comes with other items, such as gel toe separators, that makes this a bargain. The customer service is also great; they personally reached out to me after buying it to make sure I was satisfied, which I appreciated.

These will not cure your bunions but they do give relief. I use them at night and they are great if you have to get up during the night. The flexible hinge gives you a lot more mobility than other splints I have tried. I like them and they do well but there is no magic cure here. The only thing I have a little trouble with is that they tend to slip a little when you are sleeping but I did not consider that to be a major drawback..

My package did not come with instructions for proper use. This is very important so we don't cause further harm by improper use.
