De Buyer 1971.01 Moul ' Flex Silicone Tray for 8 Oval Cakes

I have been very anti silicone bakeware as I find it too flexible - however, these trays are of really high standard and although they need to be sat on a try in the oven, baking in them is excellent. The cakes are a good size (some trays are ice cube mini size so check carefully) and come out well baked all round. I would highly recommend the quality and the usability of these trays.
