For rolled application, the coating covers 25 sq. feet or 2.03 sq. meters while sprayed applications reduce coverage by 20%. The ScreenGoo Reference White Finish Coating is best suited for rooms with complete light control - use with projectors producing >12 ANSI Lumens per square foot of screen area. To create a Reference White Goo Screen you will need to apply both - two Reference White Reflective Coats followed by two Reference White Finish Coats. A two coat application is required Rolled: Use maximum ¼-inch nap, lint-free rollers; foam rollers are not recommended. Sprayed: Use an HVLP system for application 50sq. ft., use industrial capacity airless system: 12 -14 fan spray tip; piston pump; maximum 50 ft. of hose; ¾ gpm capacity. Still air required for best results, minimize air circulation while applying. How much Screen Goo do I need? The Finish Coat and Reflective Coat work together; both are required to create a screen. Finish Coat and Reflective Coat coverage per sq. ft. can vary somewhat, depending on the surface conditions. 1 liter (just slightly more than a US Quart in volume) will typically cover approximately 50 sq. ft. with two thin coats, under ideal conditions on an ideal non-absorptive surface.
