- EXFOLIATING: buff away the top layer of dead skin, leaving a polished appearance that feels silky smooth. Exfoliation not only improves skin tone, the high concentration of magnesium in sea salt, is beneficial to the skin. We have added fine grain sugar to our scrub, a natural humectant, that retains moisture and ensures skin is kept hydrated. Sugar is also known to be a pure, natural source of GLYCOLIC ACID, also known as an AHA, which helps to break down dead skin cells.
- DETOXIFYING: A sea salt scrub helps draw the toxins from the body and increases skin blood circulation, promoting the growth of new skin cells. The presence of magnesium sulfate in marine salts, stimulates the liver and adrenal glands to dump their toxins. By detoxifying, you assist your immune system in fighting infections and illness.
- REVIVING: Marine salts are rich in bromides, which are natural sedatives, so a sea salt scrub can give you a sense of calm and relaxation. Salt scrubs are rich in minerals that have a relaxing effect on nerves and muscles. Exfoliating with a salt scrub not only removes dead skin cells and increases circulation, but it also encourages regeneration. Sloughing away dead skin cells actually promotes the growth of healthy new cells.
- MOISTURISING: blended with grade A, organic, unrefined Shea Butter rich in stearic, oleic acids and benefit-rich vitamin E and vitamin A. Shea butter contains the ingredient cinnamic acid, an anti-inflammatory agent. We also use FRACTIONATED COCONUT OIL, packed with medium chain fatty acids which retain their super-moisturizing capabilities, natural antioxidants, which protect from environmental stressors, and nutrients like vitamins A, C, and E, which help maintain a tighter, firmer look.

Our Salt Scrub is infused with Essential oil of ROSEMARY that has properties to kill bacteria, fungi and viruses on the skin. This oil helps stimulate cell renewal, promoting healthy healing, all while infusing the skin with moisture and improving skin circulation. TEA TREE, a valued natural remedy for treating bacterial and fungal skin conditions, preventing infection and promoting healing.
