Does this come with the plate for 3 hole installation? I see that it supports 1 and 3 hole installation but I see no mention of the accessories being included for the 3 hole mounting in this package. Anyone have info on this?

Cancel orders unless without Escutcheon ( Cover plate for 3 hole ) for my order. I am unable to use them on my sink at least 10"x2" cover plate

If I chose the spray, would it stay on spray mode the next time I turn on the water or would it revert back to the stream mode?

Yes, it will stay in the spray mode indefinitely if you want it to. There is a toggle switch on the back side of the water head outlet that sets either stream or spray.

How far is the travel on water knob? Aka, how far front to back does the lever go when adjusting full hot and full cold?

The water knob goes 1 inch each way to full hot and cold. The knob pulls straight out for full strength of water 2 1/2 inches. I hope this answers your question?

The top of the faucet (highest point of the 'arch') is 15 inches from the countertop. The top of the water handle is 8.75 inches from the countertop. I hope this info is helpful. I love this faucet, by the way!
