Do not purchase this product. We bought this as a Christmas gift for our daughter. It worked great for exactly 1 day and then the battery fried the first time we charged it. When we attempted to contact customer support we reached an automated recording stating that they were not offering customer support due to a payment issue with their manufacturer. Definitely skip this product - buy someone else’s hover board.

Has power up issues

This quit!charging in less than three months. The charger gets power but won’t charge the board. I have been trying to get in touch with the manufacturer, but cannot get anyone to email me back. They are in China. The Amazon return period was only 30 days. Can anyone help? My daughter spent her own birthday money on this, and she is highly disappointed.

The media could not be loaded.  I ordered this one for my son’s birthday. I thought it is alright, but something is wrong. Light does not come in both side of the hoverboards. I would like to return it or would like to submit complaint on this matter.

Broken in less than a month. From nowhere.Just started to acting up and after two days beeping without responding to anything finally ran out of battery. Now completely death even after attempt for charging.

Battery won't hold a charge. Now it's a heavy paperweight.
