I have a lot of friends who talk AR's and this book has allowed me to talk intelligently about the topic. Highly recommend this book for beginners.

Well written book.

Contains a lot of facts on the gun from different calibers to the history of the rifle. A must have for every AR owner.

I guess I've spent too much time reading articles and shopping for parts over the years. The book didn't really provide any knowledge that I haven't already read elsewhere. I was hoping for more technical data, but It's always fun to read about AR-15's.

I was hoping for more useful in depth information. Not of much use to me. Money wasted.
