I ordered one of these and the “rod” at the top that is stapled where the the cork flaps are attached was broken. I ordered another one it was good and I decided to keep it so hopefully it will hold up. I have some rather expensive Japanese knives and I feel like this is going to be much gentler on them than the bamboo holders with slots where the blade is sitting against wood. I tried the larger one as well but ended up sending it back in preference to the one that fits about 4-5 knives (depending on your knives). I also got it in black and it’s very slick.

I absolutely love this knife holder! The cork boards keep the blades separated and opening for the handles makes it easy to grab which ever knife I want effortlessly. I liked this so much I have 2 of them side by side in my knife drawer. They help to sort my knives in an orderly fashion and keep them from dulling any blades with unintentional contact.

Just received the knife organizer today and love it! Knives are set between individual dividers so it can work with any size knives. I now have an organized knife drawer - so functional and clean looking. I've taken the knife block off my counter so it looks much cleaner now.
