I've been trying a few breathing necklaces, as they all wanted one, and the appearance of this one is not as shiny and appealing as others I've been sent. There's a dull quality about it, and perhaps they are trying to justify this by saying that their pendant is made of 'titanium steel' to confuse people. The fact is that titanium steel is not titanium. It's a term for 'stainless steel' mainly used on products directly imported or shipped from China.Besides the lack of shine (or stainless steel), the ring that holds the pendant to the chain could have been better fitted, as the ends are sticking out, and they're quite sharp. They need to be evenly levelled.Apart from that, the pendant still works. You can blow through it without trouble, and it does slide nicely along the chain. It does have a thick chain, which I like, and it has a good length too, just long enough to go over my head without the need to use the lobster clasp to open it.This item doesn't come with any presentation box or a drawstring bag, just a small plastic bag, so not so good for gifting. This is a well made necklace that can possibly help with anxiety. It has a good weight to it and the chain is a good length with a decent clasp. Included is 1 pendant and 1 chain.The pendant is made of steel and is easy and straightforward to use.
