Nice, natural but fragrance was faint and it seemed to burn fast. A friend of mine who is a big wig in the candle biz (I know that sounds crazy but it's true) explained that beeswax burns fast and it's harder to make it retain, and give off, a scent. So keeping that in mind, I guess it's all good.

Gorgeous scent--the lavender and peppermint essential oils combine to great effect!
I was not sure what to expect with this candle in terms of scent but was very happily surprised. I had tried a peppermint blend candle from this same candle-maker before--Big Dipper is my favorite established company for beeswax candles and I love or like almost all their scents--but the previous peppermint combo smelled too much like muscle rub so I was nervous. But this one is just lovely: More soothing than the lavender alone; the mint relieves tension and makes breathing easier, while the natural lavender scent predominates with its usual beneficial effects. I will certainly buy it again!

Can't smell it an arm lengths away, not just me, it's everybody in our house...
The scent itself is nice, however, unless your nose is positioned right over top of the candle while it's burning, you cannot smell it.I've burned this candle about 6 hours total now and still have yet to smell it unless it's right as I light the wick. It literally is sitting arms length away from me and I can't smell it.Also, it's just a lil baby, probably about 5 tea lights worth of wax in there.I'm a fan of what I ordered, not a fan of what I received.

No smell.
This is so over priced, this candle has no throw at all (can't smell it unless you're holding it) Had it lit for 2 hrs in a small room and couldn't smell it.

Wonderful candle
These are my favorite candles. I love the way they burn and the way they smell. I wish they made really big ones.
