I don't really feel much at all after taking these before heading to the gym, and I definitely have not had a suppressed appetite. I figured with as much caffeine as is listed, I would just skip taking pre-workout for a week or so, but I haven't felt much of a caffeine boost at all. Going to go back to pre-workout mixes that actually have less caffeine listed on their labels, but give way more energy.

A major turn-off from any product or supplement is when they smell like pepper, sawdust, and questionable ingredients. This is one of those products, unfortunately. Apart from that, it is a potentially solid fat burning assistant. The caffeine is where you will get most of the benefits, as largely it is the appetite suppressant, fat burning agent, and more likely than not just gives you the energy to go a bit harder in the gym.

PrimeShred Thermogenic Appetite Suppressant pills have helped decrease my appetite and boost my energy and focus. I only take one capsule because I don't want to consume that much caffeine. I don't drink coffee, so I take one of these when I need a caffeine boost. I have a very small plastic pill container that I have labeled "Prime Shred" that I put in my lunch box. If I feel myself wanting food before my lunch break or trying to pass on donuts that someone has brought to work, I can take one of these.

Two things, 1) I wish the formula was condensed to 1 pill rather than 3. and 2) I have not noticed any suppression in my appetite whatsoever.
